Introducing the Owner
The Waterloo branch of Yunshang Rice Noodles is decorated with a blend of Chinese and Western elements to create a warm and comfortable dining environment, and the 1800-degree calcined Vanguayaki clay pot is hand-built by Japanese masters and flown to Canada to ensure the effective boiling time and temperature of the soup base. The soup base, which combines pork bones, chicken and ham, is simmered for 12 hours, with no additives. The Yunshang Rice Noodle in Waterloo was designed and renovated by JY Construction.
