HONOKA BAKERY is a 942 sq.ft dessert shop project completed in Markham, Ontario in 2025. JY Construction was responsible for the commercial design and renovation of the space, delivering a compact dessert shop interior with a clean layout, refined material selection, and practical construction execution for daily retail and dine-in operations.
The space uses a balanced palette of gray tones, warm wood finishes, marble textures, geometric details, and layered lighting to create a calm and contemporary customer experience. Greenery and soft interior textures help soften the commercial environment while maintaining a polished brand image. This project reflects JY Construction’s experience in dessert shop renovation, commercial interior design, retail renovation, and commercial renovation project delivery across the Greater Toronto Area.
