This commercial project was completed by JY Construction for Molly Tea at CF Fairview Mall in Toronto. As the commercial general contractor, JY Construction managed the overall construction delivery for this bubble tea shop renovation, including interior build-out, millwork installation, illuminated counter and lightbox installation, electrical and plumbing coordination, stainless steel equipment installation, and detailed interior finishing.
Located inside a major shopping mall, the project required close coordination with mall management, strict compliance with fire safety, material, access, and inspection requirements, and disciplined site execution within a controlled construction schedule.
