Kiokii and… Upper Canada Mall is a beauty retail store construction project completed in Newmarket, Ontario in 2025. JY Construction was responsible for the commercial construction and interior build out of the new store, with a scope focused on site execution, interior finishing, display area construction, feature wall openings, built-in shelving areas, illuminated signage, layered lighting coordination, and detailed installation work throughout the retail space.
The project features a large pink visual theme, curved wall openings, recessed display zones, illuminated brand signage, and organized product display areas. To achieve a clean and consistent finish, JY Construction’s site team carefully checked field dimensions, wall lines, cabinet alignment, lighting placement, and finishing details throughout the construction process. The completed store reflects JY Construction’s experience in retail store construction, commercial renovation, mall store build out, and beauty retail interior construction in the Greater Toronto Area.
