During Construction

The project manager not only needs to arrange the work schedule in an effective and reasonable way, and coordinate the timings of the different renovation construction or decoration teams, but also needs to control the process and cost of the whole project. After construction is complete, the project is not officially completed until all Permit inspections are completed and a Sign Off Letter is received from the engineers. However, sometimes there are possibilities that the inspector in charge of the project may be on vacation, or may be asked to make changes to the project – these all may cause delay to the project.
The project manager also plays a vital role during the project inspection, in addition to regularly inspecting the quality of construction during the construction period to ensure that the project will not go wrong, he or she is also responsible for communicating with the inspector during the post construction stage to ensure that the project is formally completed.
After the formal completion of the project, the project manager will hand over to the owner, including the location of switches and controls, the location of electrical boxes and controls, and other technical handover, as well as how to carry out follow-up maintenance.
